Chicken Nuggets

Chicken nuggets are one of the most popular dishes in fried food and are part of almost every menu’s starter pack.   1. 250 grams of chicken breast
  2. 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (plain flour)
  3. ½ teaspoon grounded black pepper
  4. 1 teaspoon grounded ginger
  5. 1 egg for frying
  6. ½ teaspoon garam masala
  7. Breadcrumbs for frying
  8. 1/3 cup yogurt
  9. 1 cup water
  10.  Buttermilk for tendering
  11.  Salt as per taste

Step by Step Recipe for Chicken Nuggets

  1. Keep the chicken dipped in salted buttermilk for at least 12 hours.
  2. When you start cooking, take the chicken out of salted buttermilk and put half amount of salt, pepper and garam masala on it.
  3. Take out the all-purpose flour in a bowl and mix the other half of the salt, pepper, and spices in it. Mix it well.
  4. In another bowl, beat the egg well.
  5. Take breadcrumbs in a plate.
  6. Now roll the tendered chicken in flour, egg and in the end bread crumbs.
  7. Coat all the nuggets well.
  8. After fifteen minutes, heat oil in a frying pan on a fairly high heat.
  9. Now start frying your nuggets. Cook until you see the breadcrumb coat turning golden.
  10. Take them out and serve with dips like honey mustard, mayo garlic, thousand island and many more as per your liking.
