India Bazaar Online Delivery

We at India Bazaar Online Store, deliver your grocery order right at the step of your door by our fast and friendly couriers all around Australia.

Please note, the maximum weight per order is 24kg. However, in Metro Areas and some of the major cities, the maximum weight of 40kg per parcel is allowed for your convenience.  All the deliveries are done by Couriers Please or Fast Way Couriers, whichever seems convenient and reliable to India Bazaar at the time of completing order.

Your order will be packed and delivered during business hours to the address you provide and must be signed for. If you are not at home or at the address mentioned, a calling card will be left telling you how you can collect your order from India Bazaar Online. Upon instruction, the delivery can be left at your door in a safe place if you are not able to sign for your order.

Free Delivery

Ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct as any delivery returned as undeliverable will incur a penalty fee. Postage and charges paid for original delivery are non- refundable and restocking fee of $20 will be applied.

India Bazaar provides free delivery on online orders over $50 for the Sydney Metropolitan Area where the total parcel weight does not exceed 23kg.  Please  Note: For Sydney Metro Area delivery time will be 3 to 5 working days.

To qualify for free delivery

Delivery address must be in Sydney Metro Area. 

Your online order must be above $50.

Weight of the delivered parcel should not exceed 23kg.

All parcels will be delivered during business hours to the nominated address by the Courier Service Contractor and must be signed for when received. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you how and from where to collect your parcel.

If you are not at home or at the address at the time of delivery a calling card will be left telling you how and from where you can collect your order from India Bazaar Online Store. Upon instruction the delivery can be left at your door in a safe place if you are not able to sign for your order.

.Note: If you are not available at the time of delivery and would like your parcel to be left at your nominated address, then please instruct in ‘Order and Delivery comments’ text box.

Delivery Charges

1 Box up to 24Kg in weight for Sydney Metro Area  will cost $6.99

Delivery fee is charged according to the Weight and Area Postcode the parcel is being delivered to.

The following charges are guide for Standard Delivery for Metro Area of Major Cities within Australia.

For a pack up to 500g in weight, the delivery charges are $6.50 
For a pack up to 1Kg in weight, the delivery charges are $7.75
For a pack up to 3Kg in weight, the delivery charges are $9.50
For a pack up to 5Kg in weight, the delivery charges are $5.85

1 Box up to 24Kg in weight, the price will vary according to area postcode the parcel is being delivered to.

Tip!    Why not make the most of it when you pay?

For a pack up to 500g in weight, you pay the delivery charges of $6.50. Thus, instead of buying 200g or 300g, buy the maximum of 500g under the same $6.50 of delivery charge.

Similarly, when for a pack of 500g weight and 1kg weight, you pay the same delivery charges of $7.75, so why not buy the maximum of 1kg?

For a pack up to 3Kg in weight, the delivery charges are $9.50 but if you buy 2kg, then also the delivery charges are same. So buy 3 kg and avail the best out of what you pay!

Similarly, when for a pack up to 5Kg in weight, you pay the same delivery charges of $5.85, what is the fun buying a 4kg pack? Add on more products to your cart to get much more delivered with the same delivery charges. 

How to order

Step 1

Browse the product list on the left hand side of the page. The search can be refined by typing in a product or brand name in the search box in the top right hand corner of the page. For information on the product click on the image for expanded information to be displayed.

Step 2

Click Add to Cart to add you’re shopping to your basket.  To add more products click continue shopping.

Step 3

When you have completed your shopping click proceed to checkout

Members of the India Bazaar Website can log in at this stage and your details will be automatically completed.

If you are not a member you can register for free membership or check out as a guest using your email address and contact phone number.

Step 4

Enter your billing and delivery details click continue.

Step 5

 Choose your delivery method, and click Continue.

Step 6

Choose your payment method, and click Continue.

Your shopping cart can now be reviewed and the full order with all costs can be seen. Further delivery instructions or special information can be provided at this stage.

In Order and Delivery Comments text box, you can enter such as the time frame you can receive your order or if you are not home at the time of delivery you can instruct the delivery person to leave your parcel at the door. If you have any other comments then please let us know.

Step 7

Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully once you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions, tick the Box to accept our Terms and Condition and click on place order button.

 An order confirmation will be sent to your email, confirming that we have received your order. You may also get a payment confirmation email from PayPal.

India Bazaar adheres to the guidelines of the Australian Direct Marketing Association as prescribed in the Code of Practice for Consumer Protection.  We also adhere to the guidelines contained in the Wide Web Consortium (W3C) platform for Privacy Preferences Project (P3P) an emerging industry standard that provides effective and automated control over the use of personal information provided on websites used and visited.

Personal information collected by India Bazaar is not shared with or made available to third parties. The information may be used for marketing material to be sent from India Bazaar and our partner companies. Information will be stored and historical information captured to assist with potential customer service issues at a future point in time.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices are subject to change.  India Bazaar reserves the right to adjust prices in line with market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

Whist INDIA BAZAAR uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, INDIA BAZAAR makes no warranties or representations as to the Site's accuracy. INDIA BAZAAR assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements

For returned goods India Bazaar adheres to the terms and conditions set down by the New South Wales Consumer Laws and all returns are subject to any manufacturer warranty.

Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or if the same product has been found at a cheaper price with and alternative supplier.

India Bazaar has a standard 7-day return policy on selected goods that may also be covered by a manufacturer specific policy.

Returns must be 100 Percent complete and must have all original packaging and the UPC code.  All manuals, blank warranty card, accessories and any other documentation provided with the original shipment must be provided.

Courier charges on returned items are the Customer's responsibility. INDIA BAZAAR may match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s). For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

If damaged merchandise is delivered the item can be rejected and returned with the courier or delivery agent. Should the item be accepted the damage should be noted on the delivery record in order for a claim to be processed by India Bazaar? The merchandise should be kept with all packaging and inform India Bazaar immediately to process the claim. Failure to notify India Bazaar of the defective merchandise within 7 days from receipt will forfeit the claim or return.  India Bazaar has sole discretion over returns with respect to credit, replacement, exchange or repair.

NON-DEFECTIVE returns may be accepted by INDIA BAZAAR at its sole discretion and on terms that INDIA BAZAAR sees fit.,

INDIA BAZAAR will not accept any returns without proof of the purchases. INDIA BAZAAR recommends customers to keep a copy of receipt to prove the purchases.

Once logged in to your account click on edit link to update your personal details, contact information, Newsletter subscriptions, billing address and delivery address or change your password.
